1. Age Restriction

TruChat is strictly for users who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing or using our services, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you are explicitly prohibited from using this platform.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC)

As a user of TruChat, you are solely responsible for the content you transmit. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards objectionable content, including but not limited to harassment, illegal material, and spam.

We reserve the right to review reports of abusive content and immediately suspend, ban, or permanently delete the accounts of users who violate our Community Guidelines. Most enforcement actions may be appealed at truchat.fun/appeal; bans for illegal content (including CSAM) are final and are not subject to appeal.

3. Premium Services

Certain features of TruChat require Premium access. Premium is not sold for money: it is unlocked by redeeming TruPoints earned through activity on the platform, through referral milestones, or by a grant from our team. TruPoints have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, transferred, or exchanged for cash, and may be adjusted or revoked in cases of abuse or fraud.

4. Limitation of Liability

TruChat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user on the platform. While we provide robust tools for blocking and reporting, you engage in anonymous communications at your own risk.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. When we make material changes, we will notify you and ask for your explicit agreement before you continue using TruChat. Continuing to use the platform after notification does not constitute automatic acceptance of new terms.
