TRUCHAT TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to TruChat. By using our website, platform, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use TruChat.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use TruChat. By using this platform, you state that you are an adult in your legal jurisdiction. If you are under 18, you are strictly prohibited from using TruChat.

If we find that an account belongs to a minor, we will delete the account and block the user immediately.

2. YOUR ACCOUNT AND GUEST USE

A. Guest Usage

TruChat allows you to chat as a guest without creating an account. Guest sessions are temporary and your data may be lost when your session ends.

B. Registered Accounts

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

C. Termination of Access

We may suspend, block, or delete your account, session, or access to the platform at any time, for any reason, without notice. This includes violations of these Terms or our Safety Guidelines.

3. USER CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR

TruChat is a platform for conversation. You agree NOT to:

  • Share or request sexual content involving minors (this will be reported to law enforcement).
  • Use the platform to harass, threaten, bully, or stalk anyone.
  • Share hate speech or discriminate based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
  • Send spam, advertisements, junk mail, or phishing links.
  • Share someone else's personal information without their permission (doxxing).
  • Impersonate someone else or create fake accounts.
  • Use automated bots, scrapers, or exploits to interact with the platform.
  • Use the platform for any illegal activity.

4. CONTENT YOU SHARE

You are solely responsible for the messages, profile details, images, and content you send or upload.

By using TruChat, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to transmit, store, and display your content to provide the service.

We do not claim ownership of your content, but we reserve the right to review, block, or delete any content that violates our rules or the law.

5. MODERATION AND MONITORING

TruChat cannot guarantee that all users will follow the rules. By using the platform, you understand that you may encounter content you find offensive, indecent, or inappropriate.

We use automated systems, manual review, and user reports to moderate the platform. However, we are not legally responsible for the content sent by users.

6. SAFETY AND REPORTING

You agree to use the Block and Report tools if you encounter abusive behavior.

We are not responsible for what happens if you choose to share your personal information or meet another user outside of TruChat.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TRUCHAT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly secure. We do not guarantee the identity or safety of any user on the platform.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUCHAT (AND ITS CREATORS, OWNERS, AND PARTNERS) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST DATA, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, OR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend and hold TruChat harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) that arise from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

10. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. If we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page. Continued use of the platform means you accept the new Terms.
