Keeping TruChat safe requires active community participation. If you encounter content or behavior that violates our Community Guidelines, please act immediately.

In-App Reporting (Fastest)

The most effective way to report abuse is directly within the app. Our moderation team receives the context of the chat automatically, allowing for rapid review.

In Chat: Right-click (or long-press on mobile) on any message and select "Report".
User Profiles: Click the 3-dot menu on any user's profile and select "Report User".

What Happens When You Report?

Every report is logged into our secure Admin portal. A human moderator reviews the context of the interaction. If the user is found violating our terms (such as sending illegal material or severe harassment), their account, IP address, and device fingerprint will be permanently banned from accessing the platform. We also empower you to use the "Block" button to instantly remove them from your view while we investigate.
